Cops Called to Jon and Kate Gosselin’s Home

When Kate Gosselin appeared on Monday’s Today show, she told host Meredith Vieira that she still loves her soon-to-be ex, “the Jon I knew.” However, the stars of TLC’s Kate & Jon Plus 8 seem to have lost that loving feeling.

Around 6 p.m. Thursday, police arrived at the Gosselin family home in Wernersville, Pa., where the exes were engaged in a verbal argument. It’s not clear who placed the call to the authorities.

“[Police] got there and calmed the situation down,” an officer tells PEOPLE. “No one was arrested and no citations were issued.”

Another source says Kate called the house to find out which babysitter was helping with the children. When she didn’t approve of the caretaker, an argument with Jon ensued.

“Due to the custody agreement, Kate couldn’t enter the property,” the source says. “The cops had no choice but to tell Kate she couldn’t go past the gate.”

Distraught and in tears, Kate left and checked in to a nearby hotel.

  1. Oh, cry me a river, Kate. You and your children’s ‘father’ need to get a life. Because the pretend world you created for your ‘family’ has shattered and the emptiness is glaring. Go back into the real world for the sake of your kids. Or won’t they be profitable enough for you in real life?

  2. It’s time for these two to grow up and start thinking about their eight children and how all of this is effecting them. Between forcing them to live out their lives in the public eye and then having to deal with parents who are divorcing and can’t get along, there is no way they are not going to grow up needing therapy!

  3. Come on…this stuff is more put up and staged than big time wrestling. Oh the DRAMA of it all!!

What carp, anything for money eh folks???
