Ok I watched Usher and he was ok the best part of his performance was when it ended. I thought he would have had Bey perform with him or even Lil Wayne but oh well.

DL Hughley was hilarious! But I think the youngins didn’t get it….

Jennifer Hudson looked better than usual and Terrence Howard with his fine arrogant @ss!

Ok where the hell did Kanye come from with the T Pain machine!

OMG Keyshia Cole’s momma with the “man down!” and “Holla” but her performance was ok. I like her new smile sans the signature gap. WTF Lil’ Kim need to stop it!

Lord knows I loves me some Morris! Nia looked fab as usual. Was Cuba drunk or trying to hard??

Ne Yo was better than Usher! Should have had Plies come out to “Bust it Baby!” Ha! LOL Loved the Jabberwockies!!!!!

Damn LL Cool J still looks good! Ha! Ashanti couldn’t walk with those 13 inch heels lol…

Alicia’s performance was cute. Loved the ode to SWV, TLC and En Vogue!!! Sorry TLC didnt seem the same without Left Eye.

Nelly and Fergie were ok as well.

Anyways supposedly Solange Knowles went to extremes to make sure she owned the spotlight at her birthday bash. While she donned a loud, orange mini-dress, Beyoncé and mom Tina conservatively wore black wrap dresses. If the family dress code weren’t enough, Solange got the hottest DJ in town, Samantha Ronson, to work the event, posing with her and (rumored) girlfriend Lindsay Lohan. On a side note Beyonce looks like she’s tired of the Hollyweird scene….

Promo shots for New York Goes to Hollywood, the new half-hour candid reality show premiering Aug. 4 at 10/9c on VH1. The show charts the quest for fame of VH1’s reality H.B.I.C. And as you can see, New York is seriously getting into her role as an ingénue, as she wears many hats wigs and hams it up for the camera. She even found time to mug for the camera on her home turf. Is there life beyond reality TV for New York? Who knows, but certainly, she’ll need a reality show to find the answer.

TMZ.com reports that celebrity jeweler Jacob Arabov aka Jacob The Jeweler, has been sentenced to two and a half years in a federal prison for lying to investigators looking into a multi-state drug ring.

“43-year-old Jacob Arabov copped a plea last October to doctoring records and lying to the Feds.

In court Jacob said, “I feel ashamed that I broke the laws of this country, a country that has been so good for me. I will carry this shame for the rest of my life.” Continue Reading….
