Damon Wayans returns to the ABC family in a comedy pilot, ”Never Better.” Wayans will also executive produce the show that stars him as a recovering alcoholic who’s determined to be a good husband and father despite his many missteps.
The project is based on a British property that recently made its debut on BBC2. Wayans was a fixture on ABC from 2001-20005 with his hit comedy “My Wife and Kids,” also produced through ABC Studios.
Nicole Ari Parker returns to the tube in the Damon Wayans pilot “Never Better.” She’ll play the wife of Wayans’ character, Keith.
