I guess Denzel will not reprise his role as “Easy” Rawlins in the next film based off of Walter Mosley’s work Little Scarlet. Jeffery Wright is slated to play that character. Also Mos Def will play a character named Mouse.

Mos Def seems a little young for Mouse but I will give him a chance. He has to make us believe that he is a killer. Remember in Devil In a Blue dress Mouse killed a man because Easy told him not to leave the man alone.
