Wow according to the Daily News Birkhead and Smith had a trist, plotted for her after death money and gave her drugs while she was pregnant!
In explosive tell-all book about Anna Nicole Smith’s sad demise alleges the two men who battled for custody of her baby girl and control of her fortune were gay lovers.
The bombshell allegations about the steamy relationship between the former Playboy Playmate’s longtime companion Howard K. Stern and her baby’s biological father, Larry Birkhead, come to light in “Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death.”
Sordid passages in the soon-to-be released book by former MSNBC journalist Rita Cosby describe how Anna Nicole and her friend allegedly caught Stern and Birkhead with their shirts off and their pants around their ankles in a Los Angeles home.
Jackie Hatten, described in the book as one of Anna Nicole’s closest friends, said the men were engaged in oral sex.
“Their bodies were intermingled,” Hatten says, according to a copy of the book obtained by the Daily News. “It was obvious what was happening.”
The shocking book accuses Birkhead and Stern of cutting a secret deal after Anna Nicole was buried in March, with Birkhead getting custody of Dannielynn in return for Stern being named executor of the star’s estate.
Dannielynn, who turns 1 on Friday, could inherit hundreds of millions of dollars from the estate of Smith’s late husband, oil tycoon Howard Marshall.
Birkhead and a lawyer for Stern both vehemently denied the accusations in Cosby’s book yesterday – and vowed to drag her into court, setting the stage for an ugly legal battle.
“None of it is true,” Birkhead told The News. “I’m gonna sue Rita Cosby for it.”
Birkhead said he was disgusted by Cosby’s claim that he and Stern were gay lovers.
“If she printed that then she is really getting sued,” Birkhead yelled. “My attorneys are going after her and that is absolutely false. And I am sure Howard and the estate and everyone else involved is going to sue her too. This is just nonsense.”
Stern’s lawyer, Lin Wood, called the book’s content “false and defamatory.” Wood said Cosby “has taken the coverage to a disgusting new low for which she will be held legally accountable.”
It gets better!
The tell-all also claims that Anna Nicole would spread out on her bed and watch a video allegedly showing Birkhead and Stern having oral sex “over and over” while Stern worked on his computer in their Bahamas home.
The existence of the video was confirmed by a source yesterday, the New York Daily News reports.

UPDATE: TMZ has learned the “Today” show has pulled the plug on the Rita Cosby interview about her book in which she claims Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead had a “relationship.”
The cancellation comes after “Today” received a bristling, threatening letter from attorney Lin Wood, Howard’s lawyer. Wood, who represented John and Patsy Ramsey, made it clear he would sue the “Today” show for any falsehoods that spewed out of Rita’s mouth. Birkhead has also vowed to sue Cosby and others who he claims are in on a plot to “smear” him.

I can’t believe what they will come up with next. I am from mexia and can’t imagine what that little girl will have to go through! Grown people should be ashamed.

As a friend of Larry Birkhead, I find it appallingly self-serving and contradictory for Sarah Ivens to ever state that “we consider the well-being of the young one.” For OK to defer the function of documenting this wonderful event in honor of Dannielynn’s first birthday and also, simultaneously, to fail to support, applaud and highlight her father’s loving attendance to this precious child’s life and her needs is simply BS. As Larry stated, this is simply a case of “sour grapes.” Come on US Magazine, let’s go to work!! I’ll see you on Saturday!!

This entire situation is sad. The only thing I keep thinking of is that this little girl is going to grow up without her mother and brother and estranged from what little family she has. Which hopefully will not lead her down an unfortunate path. They should really be thinking about the affect these allegations will have on her in the future and her well being. To me Larry seemed to be a stand up kind of guy fighting to prove that was his daughter in which case he was right. Let’s keep the faith that he is still right.

You know, from day one I have wondered if these alligations would surface, I am now very surprized to see it in print. My mama always had this little quote, “Where there is smoke, there’s got to be a little fire” go figure.

I wandered about Larry And Howard,getting so buddy,buddy after all the stuff howard did to him. Larry has totally changed the way he felt about dirty dog Stern. He’s a poison snake. Jackie Hattan said she went to see Anna,and the bodyguard ran her off,and that Peter said Anna called him wanting to see Jackie,but she was back in the country. If there was a tape,you know they have destroyed it. I thought larry was just to good to be true,and he saw stern bring in drugs to the hospital for Anna and did nothing. anna wouldn’t have let Larry every see the baby just like she did her mom,who tried to keep Anna’s clothes on. They may not answer on earth for what they did,but they will hen the lord comes!!!!!shame on then,GOD BLESS DANNELYNN.
