On the Wendy Williams show today, Irv Gotti former President & CEO of “Murder 
Inc” Records admitted sleeping with Ashanti, and that Ashanti seperated herself from Irv Gotti and Murder Inc when the label was indited for money laundering.
Irv admitted his disappointment in Ashanti for her lack of loyalty during difficult times instead of sticking by him like Ja Rule did thoughout the trial. Irv Gotti, who is 10 years older than Ashanti, also admitted his use of the drug Viagra mixed with the drug Extasy during the time he was having an affair with Ashanti while he was married AND that Ashanti knew he was married!
He also confirmed Ashanti is still under contract with him so he legally has rights to anything Ashanti does until her contract with Gotti expires.
She also was mentioning the story about how Irv Gotti admitted to the “Glitter” sabotage. She said that the story is getting a lot of press and then stated that she too was asked by Tommy Mottola about a year ago to sabotage Mariah. She didn’t give much details (she is saving those for her book that she is writing) but did say that there was a “large sum of money at the end of that phone conversation–in the 5-digit area”
Basically what she alluded to was that Tommy tried to offer Wendy money to say false rumors on-air to damage Mariah’s reputation. She said he went as far as saying that she wouldn’t have to do anything but talk, that he would supply all the fuel and false stories. She declined the money and hung up the phone.
