fidel castro dead????

According to the official line from Cuba, Fidel Castro is very much alive – but that has not stopped fevered speculation in Miami.Rumours of the Cuban leader’s premature death have been a staple in this city of exiles since it was announced that he would turn over power to his brother Raul because of an intestinal illness. Castro, who has ruled Cuba for nearly 48 years, has not been seen in public since.

IMO I won’t believe it til’ I see a body in a coffin.

American apparel said: “From the editor (added August 24, 2007): We’ve received a lot of feedback about this photo recently printed in i-D magazine. Many people have been deeply offended by the photograph. We want to make it clear that this photo is not an American Apparel ad. We truly appreciate the opinions of our readers, and we’ll attempt to convey your sentiments to I-D magazine.
