LL Cool J’s New Show…

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – CBS is close to picking up the LL Cool J drama “The Man” for midseason with a six-episode order, sources said.
The pilot, from “CSI” creator Anthony Zuiker, didn’t make the cut in May but remained in contention for midseason.
“Man,” which stars the veteran hip-hop artist as an undercover Los Angeles cop who takes care of an orphan boy, is expected to be reworked and shot by the end of the year.

We knew this was not her body….

Supposedly it’s a stylist’s body and her head attached. You can tell by looking at her hands and shoulders. Haaaaaa! Compare the Allure photos against this. By the way where is the tattoo????
“She looked amazing, but she left the shoot three times in a state of distress before driving away for good,” a source said.
“They had decent shots of her face, but not her body, so the art director made the stylist – a cute girl name Kylie Cavaco – get in Britney’s clothes and pose.
“They are superimposing Britney’s head on Kylie’s body. Kylie has the body Brit used to have, not the one she has now.”

Reese Witherspoon does EW magazine

Witherspoon was rarely getting offered roles just a couple of years ago, when she was still considered mainly a comedic commodity (luckily she had her Legally Blonde movies, which together grossed $267 million worldwide). But times, like the weather, change. With Julia Roberts now in semi-retirement and Meg Ryan and Sandra Bullock in their 40s, Witherspoon is pretty much the only leading lady in her 30s with any measurable mass appeal. Certainly, among the actresses of her generation — Angelina Jolie, Charlize Theron, Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet — she’s the only one with both a hugely successful comedy franchise on her résumé and a golden man on her mantel. ”Nobody else has her range,” says Mark Waters, who directed Witherspoon in her last comedy, 2005′s Just Like Heaven. ”Those other actresses are great, but you can’t see them doing pratfalls. Reese can win an Oscar and do a pratfall.”

Star Jones to Interview Isaiah Washington

Controversial former View co-host Star Jones has booked an even bigger lightening rod to launch her new Court TV show: Isaiah Washington.
The actor, who was fired from Grey’s Anatomy in June following his use of a homophobic slur against castmate T.R. Knight, will appear on the first episode of Star Jones (airing Aug. 20), the host told EW. Besides the Grey’s controversy, he’s expected to talk about his guest stint on fall’s anticipated NBC series The Bionic Woman.
